- What to Do: If your GP or another healthcare provider thinks you need to see a sexual health specialist, they will need to send us a referral letter, including your medical history and test results. Providers can use BPAC to send secure e-referrals directly to our team, ensuring your information is handled safely and efficiently. Once we have everything, we’ll contact you to set up your appointment.
